Description
Traditional Italian bread with many variations. This basic dough includes olive oil and rosemary. In its homeland, focaccia is most closely linked to Genoa, on the Italian Riviera, where is is known as “pizza genovese” and topped with thinly sliced sauteed onion and herbs.
